Interlink Digital Screens Advertising Terms
Version 1.2 · 8 September 2026
Interlink Digital Group Limited, company number 05431902, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX (“we”, “us”, “Interlink”). We trade the display network as Interlink Digital Screens (the “Network”).
These terms apply to the Order Form you have signed. Together they are our agreement. “You” means the advertiser named on the Order Form. Where the Order Form and these terms conflict on price, term, slot, package, territory, instalments or creative allowance, the Order Form wins. On everything else, these terms win.
1. What you are buying
1.1 You are buying display time on the Network for the package, slot length, loop, territory and term set out on the Order Form.
1.2 You are buying audience in an area, not a named screen, unless the Order Form says the buy is site-specific. We may move your advertising to another venue of similar or better footfall in the same area if a site closes, changes hands or leaves the Network. We will tell you when we do.
1.3 If we cannot place you anywhere in your area for more than 30 consecutive days, you may end the agreement in writing and we will refund the fees you have paid for display time you have not received.
1.4 Site-specific buys, where offered, are priced above the entry rate and carry a pro-rata refund right if we cannot keep you on that site.
1.5 Published figures for audience, plays and revenue are estimates based on the information available to us. They are not guarantees.
2. Term, cooling-off and payment
2.1 The term is twelve or twenty-four months as ticked on the Order Form. Any discount applying to a twenty-four month term is stated on the Order Form.
2.2 You may cancel in writing to screens@interlink.digital within 14 days of signing, for a full refund, no questions asked. We will refund within 14 days of receiving your notice. After the 14 days the contract runs for its full term.
2.3 Prices on the Order Form exclude VAT. Payment is in full on signature, or by the instalment schedule on the Order Form. Instalments are interest-free and carry no charges, there will be no more than twelve of them, and all of them fall due within twelve months of signature.
2.4 If an instalment is more than 14 days late we may suspend your display until it is paid, and we may charge statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Suspension for non-payment does not extend your term.
2.5 You pay by bank transfer to the account on our invoice, or by credit or debit card through our online payment page, which is operated by a payment provider that meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We do not hold your full card number. Where you are paying by instalments, we invoice each one as it falls due and you pay it the same way.
2.6 We will never ask for your card details by telephone or by email, and our sales team cannot take them. If you receive a message that appears to come from us telling you our bank details have changed, do not pay it. Call us on the number published at interlink.digital and check first.
3. Creative
3.1 You supply artwork, or we design it for the fee on the Order Form. The Order Form states how many creative changes per year are included. If it does not, two changes per year are included.
3.2 Creative must comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct and Promotional Marketing, and with the law.
3.3 When you supply artwork you confirm that you own it or are licensed to use it, that any claim it makes is accurate and you can back it up, and that displaying it will not break the law or the advertising codes. You give us permission to reproduce and display it on the Network for your term.
3.4 You will cover our losses, and those of any venue displaying your advertising, arising from a third-party claim that your artwork infringes their rights, is defamatory, or breaches the advertising codes. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without asking you first.
3.5 Where we design your artwork, we own the design and license it to you for use on the Network during your term. If you want to use it elsewhere, ask us and we will agree terms.
3.6 Venues have a veto. A venue may refuse or require removal of advertising that is unlawful, breaches the advertising codes, or would damage its reputation. If that happens we will move you or credit you.
3.7 We may also refuse or remove creative that breaches clause 3.2, clause 3.3 or clause 6. If we do, we will tell you why and you have 14 days to supply compliant replacement artwork. If you do not, we may suspend your display without extending your term.
4. Delivery and make-good
4.1 Advertising runs during venue opening hours. We do not promise a screen is watched, only that it is scheduled to display.
4.2 If a screen is dark and we cannot substitute, we extend your campaign by the lost time.
4.3 Where delivery falls below the target implied by the Order Form, we will make good by additional display time or by credit, at our option. If we have not made good within 60 days of the end of your term, any outstanding credit becomes a refund.
4.4 We will provide a monthly delivery report per campaign once reporting is live on the Network. We have not fixed a date for that and you should not assume one. Until then, send delivery queries to the sales contact on the Order Form and we will answer within five working days.
5. No results guarantee
We can tell you the screens, the slot and the audience. We cannot promise enquiries, sales or a return.
6. Exclusions
We will not display adult content or services; tobacco, vaping and nicotine; weapons; political parties, candidates or campaigns; religious proselytisation; high-cost short-term credit, debt management or claims management; cryptocurrency and speculative investments; or anything unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or seriously offensive, or that disparages a venue or its members.
Gambling, alcohol, competing coaching, clashing racket brands, and weight-loss, cosmetic surgery or supplements need the venue’s positive agreement.
7. Suspension and ending the agreement
7.1 We may end this agreement on written notice if you have not paid a sum that is more than 21 days overdue after we have sent you a written reminder, if you breach these terms in a serious way and have not put it right within 14 days of us asking, or if you become insolvent. If we end the agreement for one of these reasons, the rest of the fees for your term fall due immediately.
7.2 You may end this agreement on written notice if we breach these terms in a serious way and have not put it right within 30 days of you asking, or if we become insolvent. We will then refund the fees you have paid for display time you have not received.
7.3 Ending the agreement does not affect any right or liability that has already arisen. Clauses 3.4, 8, 12.1 and 12.8 survive.
8. Liability
8.1 Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost savings or lost goodwill whether direct or indirect.
8.3 Otherwise our total liability to you under or in connection with this agreement is capped at the total fees paid or payable by you under the Order Form.
9. Changes to these terms
9.1 We may update these terms on thirty days’ written notice. We cannot use that right to change the price, term, slot, package, territory or instalment schedule on your Order Form.
9.2 If an update materially disadvantages you, you may end this agreement by writing to us within thirty days of our notice, and we will refund the fees you have paid for display time you have not received.
9.3 Each version of these terms is dated and numbered. Your Order Form records the version you signed, and we keep earlier versions available on request.
10. Transfers
10.1 You cannot transfer this agreement without our written consent, which we will not withhold unreasonably.
10.2 We may assign or novate this agreement to a group company, or to a buyer of our business or of the Network. Where we novate, you consent to that novation now and you do not need to sign anything further. The novation takes effect on the date we specify in a written notice to you naming the transferee. From that date the transferee is substituted for us, and takes on all of our rights and all of our obligations, including any that have already accrued.
10.3 We remain liable to you for any breach of this agreement that happened before the novation date. Where we assign the benefit of this agreement only, we remain responsible for our obligations.
11. Data protection
11.1 Each of us is an independent controller of the contact details we hold about the other’s staff for the purposes of this agreement. We handle yours in line with our privacy notice at interlink.digital/privacy.
11.2 If we ever introduce audience measurement on the Network that involves personal data, we will update our privacy notice before it goes live and any reporting we give you will be aggregated and anonymous.
12. General
12.1 This agreement, made up of these terms and the Order Form, is the whole of what we have agreed. You are not relying on anything said or written before signature that is not set out in it. This does not limit anyone’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.2 If either of us is prevented from performing by something genuinely outside our control, that party is not in breach, but if the prevention lasts more than 60 days either of us may end this agreement and we will refund fees paid for display time not received.
12.3 Notices go by email to the addresses on the Order Form and are treated as received at 9am on the next working day after sending. Notices under clauses 9.1 and 10.2 are also sent by post.
12.4 Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture or agency between us.
12.5 A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right to enforce it, except that a venue displaying your advertising may enforce clause 3.4. The two of us may vary or end this agreement without that venue’s consent.
12.6 If either of us does not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean it is given up.
12.7 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
12.8 English law applies and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
